GenAI images
The AI images give the user a poor first impression. Such images are usually associated with spammy low-quality sites, including sites with AI-generated or otherwise plagiarised articles.
Also, most visual artists visiting the site will find these images off-putting, as the AI models have been trained on artists' work without consent.
I feel like a lot of potential users are going to click away from the site as soon as they see all the AI images used on the home page and story listing pages. It's unfortunate. Genuinely, I think having zero images is preferable to using AI ones.
I would advise using free or creative commons-licensed images from Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, Wikimedia Commons and Flickr instead.
